This policy explains what Lava Box stores on your device, what is sent to our servers when you sign in, and the choices you have. Package name: com.kanapress.mdf.

On this device we store notes, contacts, credit records, settings, and an optional PIN lock. When you register or sign in we use your name, phone or email, and password to attach this device to your account.

We use this information only to run the app, sync and restore when you ask, keep your account secure, and remember the language, currency, and theme you choose. We do not sell it for advertising and we do not use an advertising ID.

Notes, files, and credit records are saved on the phone. You can work offline without an account. Data leaves the device only when you are signed in and sync is enabled. Your sign-in token and PIN are not included in Android cloud backup.

When you sign in, notes, contacts, credit records, photos, and voice notes can sync to your account. You can stop sync, restore a backup, or sign out. Signing out does not erase local notes already on this phone.

We ask for Android permission before reading contacts from your phone. We read names, phone numbers, and emails to show them in Contacts and Credit Book. Without that permission we do not touch phone contacts. You can revoke it any time in system settings.

You attach photos to notes with the system picker. We do not request camera permission. If you are signed in and sync is on, those photos can upload to your account.

We ask for microphone access only when you record a voice note. We do not record in the background. Voice files can sync if you are signed in.

Your PIN is stored only on this device, to unlock the app. We do not send the PIN to our servers.

Optional Premium is sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment. We record the product ID and purchase token on your account so Premium can be restored. We do not receive or store your card number.

If you allow notifications, a device push token may be sent to OneSignal so we can deliver service messages. You can turn notifications off in Android settings.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with services needed to run your account (including hosting, Google Play Billing, and OneSignal), or if the law requires it.

You can update your profile, change your password, turn sync off, disable PIN lock, sign out, or delete your account in Settings. Phone contact permission is managed in Android settings. Deleting your account permanently removes the cloud copy, including synced notes, contacts, credit records, photos, and voice files. Notes already on this phone stay here. If you uninstalled the app, use the account deletion page.

Lava Box is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we update this policy we will change the date on this page. Using the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
